For me...creativity is a calling. A compulsion. It is painful to not create. I write and I draw...the words and the pictures come from my soul, quite often when in flow state.
I recently realised that it is the process that is the point.
It is where transformation happens. I believe that the final creation has the power to shift human consciousness for some of those who consume it.
I believe that skipping the process just to produce a final item means one has not tapped into innate creativity and I believe that everyone can be creative.
I was introduced to chatgpt in 2024 by a younger colleague. I did not know at the time how LLMs worked and how they were trained. I participated in a coaching community that avidly uses chatgpt and vibe coding.
It was not until 2025 that I realised that LLMs were trained using the stolen work from artists, writers and other creatives. This made me really think about what was happening in the ai space. There is a difference between generative ai and assistive ai for sure...I am for anything that helps human beings but I do believe better regulations need to be introduced, especially to counteract the outsourcing of the human mind to robots and the destructive environmental impacts.
The point of this project is to highlight the importance of the process and to encourage creativity. I truly believe anyone can be creative.
